Return Limit and Restocking Fee

Return Limit:

• You may request a return for a refund within 30 days of the delivery date of your order.

Restocking Fee:

• All returns are subject to a restocking fee of up to 25% of the product’s purchase price, depending on the condition of the returned item.

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA):

• To initiate a return for a refund, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by contacting our customer service team.
• RMA numbers are valid for 14 days from the date of issuance and must be clearly marked on the outside of the return package.
• Returns without an RMA number may not be accepted and will be returned to the sender at their expense.

Eligibility for Returns:

• To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, including all packaging, accessories, and documentation.
• The product must not have been used, assembled, modified, or damaged in any way.

Non-Returnable Items:

• The following items are non-returnable:

  • Firearms
  • Items that have been used, damaged, or modified
  • Items not in their original packaging

Return Shipping:

• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance to protect against loss or damage during return transit.

Refund Process:

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
• If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
• Please allow a reasonable processing time for the refund to appear in your account.
